This Slingshot Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into and made effective as of the date signed below by and between Ocean State I & E Rentals LLC ("Owner") and the undersigned Renter ("Renter"). By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.

Driver Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age (or 25 based on insurance).
Valid driver's license with standard motorcycle or state-required endorsements.
No severe traffic or substance-related violations in the last 3 years.

Insurance & Liability

Physical Damage: Renter assumes full financial responsibility for all loss, theft, or damage, including repair costs and loss of use. The $250.00 deposit applies directly to damages; Renter is liable for any balance exceeding this amount.

Insurance Coverage: Primary active auto liability/collision insurance is required. Renter agrees to indemnify Ocean State I & E Rentals LLC against all claims arising from vehicle operation.

Operating Rules

Compliance with all state helmet and safety laws is mandatory.
No driving under the influence of any substance.
Prohibited: Racing, stunt driving, off-roading, or unauthorized drivers.
Operation restricted to public paved roads within state limits.

Rental Waiver & Release of Liability

By signing this document, the renter acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the rental and use of landscape and yard equipment. You agree to operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with provided instructions and safety guidelines. The renter accepts full responsibility for any damages to the equipment, property, or persons resulting from the use of the equipment. Furthermore, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
